IMG_1524Here is the second post in the Series for combining two or more exercises for attaining the most of your time and efforts for strengthening.

 

  1. Plank Push-up with Hip Extension:  this will increase your core stability to protect your back, help with balance, posture and mobility. Which in turn will also help trim excess fatty tissue in your midsection. There is a beginner’s and advance level demonstrated for this exercise.

 

2. Bicep Curl with Front Lunge:  increase arm, core/trunk and leg strength while improving balance.
